Our restaurant is open daily from 7 am to 9 pm.

23 October - 1 November the restaurant closes already at 5 p.m.


Let us spoil you with culinary delights all day long:

Start the day with a tasty breakfast with fresh pastries from our bakery or a cosy brunch.

At lunchtime we serve salads, soups, regional dishes, snacks and much more from the varied Hauser menu.

From Monday to Friday we also always have different daily specials.

In the afternoon it gets sweet - cakes from our confectionery.

Hearty from dawn till dusk

In the morning

Fine breakfast choice with homemade pastries, meat and dairy products from the region. On Sundays, try our fresh yeast bread from the Hauser bakery. And for guests who are in a hurry, a simple coffee and croissant is the perfect choice.

At noon

At noon we serve a light, low-priced menu at Hauser's Restaurant. Every day we offer vegetarian meals and take away.

Every Wednesday is Hauser Pastetli Day: Enjoy homemade vol-au-vents with the filling of your choice and a fresh salad.

In the afternoon

Try our snacks or something delicious from our confectionery: fruit cake, chocolate cake or ice cream. How about a nice cup of tea from the Valposchiavo with that, or a cup of Hauser coffee?

The Hauser evening menu

A varied menu to suit all tastes: local specialties, vegetarian dishes, Rösti, pasta and Engadine dishes, fish and meat, grilled delicacies, toast, and much more.

The Hot Stone Piöda has become a St. Moritz classic. The Piöda features a hot stone slab on which you grill your meats and vegetables yourself at your table.

A side dish of sunshine

Located right in the heart of St. Moritz, the Hotel Hauser boasts the largest and sunniest terrace.

The terrace opens in the morning and the full Hauser menu is available from noon. In the afternoon the terrace is perfect for sunbathing, a cup of coffee and a fine piece of cake. In the evening, the RooBar is a great meeting place for aperitifs or après-ski.

Hauser RooBar

The RooBar on the Hauser Terrace is the only genuine après-ski bar in St. Moritz and on the way to becoming a local legend. Here, old and young, sporty and sedate, guests and locals alike all gather for Hauser's special mulled wine, elderberry punch with vodka, homemade hot chocolate or a Bernina beer. Snacks are available from Down Under to satisfy the small appetite.

The RooBar is open daily from 14pm until 9pm.
