Hauser's Roo Bar – the exclusive legendary après ski location in St. Moritz! Come and join us in the bar after an eventful day on the slopes and round off your day with our homemade Glühwein (mulled wine) or a refreshing chilled beer. If you're feeling peckish, we also have some lovely snacks from down under as well as some local snacks.

Hauser's Roo Bar is the perfect meeting place for old and young, sporty or homely, guests and local residents, thus making it an ideal place to meet new and interesting people. For over 10 years now, we have been using a traditional secret recipe to make our famous Glühwein (mulled wine). In addition to hot beverages such as elderberry punch with vodka and homemade hot chocolate with rum, we also offer a wide selection of regional beers. We recommend Bernina beer, which is brewed with mountain-spring water from the Bernina mountain range.

Ice cream lounge in the summer

Our ten-year old Roo Bar has been given a summer makeover: The Roo Bar was completely refurbished during the cold spring of 2010 and made ready for the upcoming summer. Many things were completely renovated: the larch wood flooring, the countertop, the roof, the lighting and the bar stools. The benches (supported by the walls) with colourful cushions, the bright lounge pillows, and even the lounge tables were added for the summer.

The main offer here consists of at least twelve homemade ice cream flavours (pistachio, mocha, chocolate, walnut, vanilla, stracciatella, caramel, strawberry, kiwi, limoncello, grapefruit, passion fruit and blueberry) served in our homemade cones made of almond dough. A captivating, sweet smell spreads through the bar whenever Lisa opens the waffle iron. Who could resist? The Roo Bar Summer Lounge is also a great place to come for an aperitif, such as our "Charm" made with Delea from Ticino, a cool "Braugold" Eichhof beer on tap, as well as our five homemade syrups made according to Piero's recipe and served with chilled water, ice cubes and a slice of lemon. Warm sandwiches are also available.
